The new Jolie perfumery at Via Filangieri 15 in Naples offers an opportunity to reflect on how to imagine a contemporary luxury boutique today. The
theme is to give form and substance to a store selling niche perfumes. The project focused on a selection of materials that would create an intimate, warm, unique, and precious space through the use of clear, contemporary shapes and compositional solutions with a classic touch.
The result is a space with a strong personality, perfectly balanced between past and future, capable of enhancing the product display without ever
overpowering it.

The space consists of two areas: the entrance hall and the exhibition room. A swing door leads to the perfumery, where the first room features the reception, the cash register, and an initial display of selected products. Passing through a stone portal and ascending a step, one is led into the sales area, whose walls are lined with a series of display units, niches, and freestanding furniture.

The cement resin floor and plaster ceiling are color-matched and feature a warm white hue. The walls are clad in open-pore Iranian titanium
travertine slabs, unplastered and polished to a matte finish. In the first room, a polished walnut burl cash register with a black Grand Antique marble top and a display solution consisting of three polished walnut burl columns semi-recessed into the travertine with a polished steel base. Between the travertine walls are fixed display units made of polished walnut burl panels, backs in white Dedar Tiger Mountain fabric and black Grand Antique marble, backlit shelves, and satin-finish stainless steel details. Additional fixed display units are located in niches in the travertine walls and a wall in satin-finish stainless steel and polished steel. The free-standing units consist of satin-finish stainless steel blocks on cylindrical polished walnut burl legs.

Lighting is provided by recessed electrified Viabizzuno tracks and adjustable spotlights with steel housings, as well as LED strips embedded in the cabinets, under the shelves, and along the perimeter of the rooms. Externally, the store features a large asymmetrical brushed stainless steel portal featuring a black grand antique marble sign, which also appears on the large swing door handle. Next to the portal is a large window with a recessed frame that overlooks the showroom.

Jolie, through its design solutions, offers a new and surprising vision of a boutique dedicated to Neapolitan and Italian luxury.
